Contribution

We design Spatial Transcriptomics Arena (STAR) as an open platform for the research community. We welcome contributed datasets, methods, or analysis results provided by external users. To enable the unbiasedness of this process, we provide the contribution guidelines as follows.

To contribute datasets

Option one, you can provide the GEO link. For example, the mouse olfactory bulb was was analyzed using Visium kit and the associated datasets were available from GEO (GSM4656184). We can download and process using our pipeline. Option two, you can provide processed datasets accompanied with a plain JSON file for dataset descriptions. In this way, you can contribute both simulated datasets and real datasets.

To contribute methods

you can list the online location where the method is publicly accessible. You need to provide an example that takes a spatial dataset and outputs the statistical significance for the genes.

To contribute analysis results

you can provide the analysis results in a tabular format as shown in the link. You will need to describe the datasets and methods.
